Braiding system RT 7
Braiding system for holding different braiding bobbins with stitch sizes between 48 and 100 mm.
These braiding systems are suitable for manufacturing cord and lace braids such as candle wicks; elastic braids; clothes lines; surgical thread; lead cords and medical catheters among others.
The machine in the picture has been developed especially for the manufacture of candle wicks.
The large number of braiding points and the small driving power required has many advantages:
low space requirement
short routes for spool changes
low energy costs
small amount of heating for the workstation
service-friendly design since there is only one drive motor

Braiding system E-RT 5
Braiding system for holding different braiding bobbins with stitch sizes between 48 and 70 mm.
These braiding systems with a single drive unit are particularly suitable for manufacturing cord braids which require a high level of supervision for the manufacturing process, e.g. surgical threads.
The machine in the picture has been developed especially for the manufacture of surgical threads. Each braiding bobbin has a separate drive unit. The individual braiding points are monitored via a bus system.
