This machine has been specifically designed for braiding wire.
The braids are used for high-pressure hoses; insulation hoses and applications of this nature.

Fine wire braider K 80 / 16 – 1K

For manufacturing fine-wire braids for medical technology, electrical technology and related areas.
This machine is suitable for processing fine wires and textile fibres, depending on the carrier.
The machine shown in the picture is fitted with carriers for braiding fine wires and can be used for processing wires with gauges up to AWG 53 ( ø 0.0176 mm ). This is for particular interest in the braiding of medical products such as catheters.
The machines shown in the picture are fitted with the following special accessories: single-wire monitor for multi-spooled wire; electronic metre counter and electronic monitor for core-thread feed.

This machine is suitable for processing fine wires or textile fibres, depending on the carrier.
The machine shown in the picture is fitted with carriers for braiding fine wires and can be used for processing wires made from all the usual materials.
The set-up shown here has predominantly been built from rust-resistant materials in order to meet the high standards demanded for medical technology applications.
The upper section of the machine can be removed for transport and can be fastened to the lower section for this purpose.
