Horizontal braider HS 120 / 216

For manufacturing braids from composite materials for the aircraft, space and car industries.
The dimensions of the machine enable it to be used for overbraiding cores up to 8 m long. The maximum diameter is determined by the braiding ring fitted. The example in the photo is approximately 350 mm. Larger braiding rings can also be easily fitted.
The machine shown in the picture has been specifically designed for braiding carbon fibres. The machine can be used for forward or reverse braiding.

Fine wire braider K 80 / 64 HS

For manufacturing fine-wire braids for medical technology, electrical technology and related areas.
This machine is suitable for processing fine wires and textile fibres, depending on the carrier.
The machine shown in the picture is fitted with carriers for braiding fine wires. The machine can be rotated to overbraid rigid components horizontally.
