Steeger offers wire braiding machines suitable for even exceptionally large product diameters. Wire braiding machines are large, heavy units for the production of braids that protect hoses and similar parts against mechanical impact, wear and tear. They can also be used to apply braided sheaths to high-pressure hoses.
Due to the great number of carriers and huge reels, Steeger wire braiders are rather large machines and therefore mainly of a horizontal type. This facilitates not only the handling of the often rather stiff products to be braided, but also allows for quick intervention during production, should the need arise.
